Pornographer Steve Crowe is seeking legal advice after the Speaker blocked his Boobs on Bikes parade from entering Parliament Grounds on Friday.
Crowe advised the Speaker's office of his plan to arrive at the steps of Parliament, but he's had an e-mail back saying all requests to use the grounds for commercial purpose are declined.
It said his parade falls into that category as it's associated with the Erotica Lifestyles Expo in Wellington this weekend.
But Crow claims the parade is a freedom of expression rather than a commercial event.

He says his initial legal advice is that he can't be denied access to the grounds of parliament as a New Zealander.
