One person is being treated for minor injuries after being pulled from a burning house in Dunedin early today.
Fire fighters were called to the St Leonard's Road property just after 3am, and were able to rescue the victim, who was trapped on the second floor.
According to Fire Service staff, the blaze was well involved and four fire trucks are still in attendance at the scene.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
