One dead in Waiuku crash

A person has been killed in a crash between at light truck and a motorcycle south of Auckland.

Police say the crash happened shortly after 7.00am on Thursday, at the intersection of Cornwall and Kitchener roads in Waiuku.

They are appealing for any witnesses to the crash.

The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
