Two police officers shot by Napier gunman Jan Molenaar have been released from hospital.
Senior Constable Len Snee was shot dead by gunman Molenaar in the incident on Hospital Hill more than two weeks ago, which lead to a 48-hour standoff with police.
Senior Constable Bruce Miller and Senior Constable Grant Diver were also shot but have recovered enough to be released.
Leonard Holmwood, a friend and neighbour of Molenaar, was also shot as he tried to wrestle the gun from Molenaar. He remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Molenaar, 51, died from a self-inflicted bullet wound.
The ordeal started after police went to his house to serve a cannabis search warrant at a Chaucer Road property on May 7.
Investigation head Detective Superintendent Rod Drew last week said police had completed their examination of the Chaucer Road house where Molenaar died.
As a result, a 43-year-old woman would appear in Napier District Court on Wednesday on charges of selling cannabis, offering to sell cannabis and possession of cannabis for supply, Drew said.
Molenaar's house had been handed back to his family.
