A 27 year old man missing for 10 days in has been found safe and well.
Fears were growing for Tony Turfrey's safety after he hadn't been seen since leaving his Nanas' Raureka home 10 days ago to buy a packet of cigarettes.
After extensive media coverage, including an impassioned plea from his mother, a member of the public came forward saying he had been spotted living rough in Waimarama.
Police say they have confirmed his whereabouts and he has now been in touch with his family.
