Two Christchurch men charged with holding a fake wedding will be back in court next month.
Anglican Minister Reverend Maurice Gray and undertaker Kaiapoi Geoffrey Hall are charged with knowingly and willingly making a false declaration under the Marriage Act 1995.
They allegedly pretended to be marriage celebrants and married a couple in November 2006.
The two were scheduled for a status hearing on Tuesday, but that will now take place on the 13th of April.
