Media7 podcast

As well as being able to view the whole of Media7  online Ondemand , you can now download a free podcast of special segments of the programme, so you can watch it whenever and wherever you want.

Highlights of the show will be available for download on Thursday afternoons, the day after the show airs.

How to get the podcast:

Don't have iTunes or Zune software installed?

Just follow these two easy steps to download

1. Download your podcast software
The software is usually free and two of the most popular are iTunes and Doppler, either can be downloaded using these links and following the instructions. iTunes - http://www.apple.com/itunes and Doppler - http://www.dopplerradio.net

2. Subscribe to Media7 download
To subscribe simply copy and paste either the MP4 video or the MP3 audio url into your software.

For example to subscribe in iTunes follow these steps

Step 1.
To manually subscribe right click to copy the url of the appropriate podcast feed (audio Mp3 or video Mp4).
Go to the advanced menu:

Step 2.
Select "Subscribe to Podcast" from the dropdown menu:

Step 3.
Paste the url into the box and click ok:

Step 4.
The podcast will now appear in the Podcasts section of iTunes, and will be updated according to the default settings in iTunes. This can be changed in the Edit>Preferences>Podcasts section of iTunes. This is also where you select which podcasts are synched to your iPod when it's plugged into your computer.
You can still listen to audio podcasts on other portable media players, even if you don't have an iPod, just copy the files across manually.

For further instructions use the software that came with your particular portable media player.

If you don't use iTunes to play the videos on your computer you will need a media player that can play .mp4 files.
