Lotteries Commission silent on Trump deal

The Lotteries Commission isn't saying how much it paid American business magnate Donald Trump to front one of its Big Wednesday games.

The US businessman is being used in a special Trump Up Your Life promotions.

Commission spokeswoman Karen Jones confirms Trump has been paid an undisclosed amount with the sum coming out of the organisation's promotions budget.

For commercial reasons the amount isn't being disclosed.

It is also understood Trump has donated his fee to charity.
