Lisa Davies is a ONE News reporter based in Christchurch.

Lisa started her broadcasting career in 1995 at Resort Radio in Queenstown, and then moved to Newstalk ZB in Christchurch. Her first job in television was at CHTV (regional television) reporting and reading the news.

She joined TVNZ in 2002 where she has worked on NZI Business and ONE News.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in history and studied journalism at the Christchurch Broadcasting School.

A born and bred South Islander, she loves telling the stories of the Mainland with a southern twist.
