A Wellington District Court jury has retired to consider its verdict against three peace activists who attacked the spy base at Waihopai.
Adrian Leason, Peter Murnane and Sam Land are charged with burglary and wilful damage over the incident which deflated one of the domes causing $1 million worth of damage.
They admit carrying out the attack but say it was justified as they were saving the lives of people overseas.
