A legal challenge to a police search warrant relating to drugs charges faced by broadcaster Paul Holmes' daughter Millie Elder and her boyfriend Connor Morris was delayed again on Tuesday.

Elder and Morris face charges of possessing cannabis oil, ecstasy, P and receiving stolen property worth more than $1000 found during a police raid last year.

In Auckland District Court on Tuesday Judge Eddie Paul remanded the pair on bail to reappear in North Shore District Court on July 21.
