Four people have been charged with the murder of a Featherston man last month.
Glen Jason Jones, 40, died in hospital after he was attacked at his Fitzherbert Street home shortly after midnight on January 12.
Matthew McKinney, Hayden Ranson, Kristofer Jones and Tariana Jones had already been charged with committing a burglary with a weapon, specifically a wooden bat and an axe handle.
The four are due to appear in court again in April.
Hundreds of mourners gathered for Jones' funeral last month.He was remembered as a man who overcame the odds beating a brain tumour when he was just two-years-old.
