Fog is disrupting flights at Auckland Airport this morning.
An Auckland Airport operations spokesperson said this morning that five incoming Air New Zealand domestic flights have been delayed and 12 have been cancelled.
A further 12 outgoing domestic flights have been cancelled and 16 outgoing flights delayed.
International flights are so far unaffected and Jetstar flights are on schedule.
Airport monitors have indicated the fog is not as thick as it was a couple of weeks ago when thick fog blanketed Auckland and Hamilton Airports, disrupting more than 100 flights.
Thousands of air travellers were left stranded at the delays, which came in the middle of the school holidays.
MetService has forecasted fog for Auckland this morning but otherwise fine conditions.
