Fijians in NZ fear for relatives back home

Members of Wellington's Fijian Community fear for their relatives back home after the latest developments there.

Commodore Frank Bainimarama has censored the media, seized control of the Reserve Bank and axed the constitution.

Save Daugunu from the Wellington Fijian Community says the situation in Fiji has set the country back at least 30 years.

He says he's concerned for family members.

Daugunu says the only way Fiji will ever go back to a democracy is through the exertion of foreign pressure.
