Botany Downs murder accused back in court

A man, who allegedly shot dead a man in the driveway of his home reappeared in Manukau District Court today.

The man, who has name suppression, is accused of murdering Keith Kahi, 44, in the east Auckland suburb of Botany Downs on July 4.

He was further remanded to appear in the High Court at Auckland on October 20.
