Bernadine began her broadcasting career in sport.
Her coverage of many international sporting events over the years, including rugby tests, netball and the Atlanta and Sydney Olympics, has been as much pleasure as it has been work for this sports fan.
Bernadine loves sports from both the work and play angle - either on the couch or participating herself. In summer she loves water-sking and in winter snowboarding and netball are her favourite pastimes.
She has little time to participate or even watch these days, instead she's entertained by her two young daughters. Bernadine is married to police officer Mark Lendrum.
