The unions representing Auckland's bus drivers are holding talks amongst themselves on Monday, as they struggle to maintain their united front.
Things came to a head on Friday when the National Distribution Union said it was pulling out of collective talks with NZ Bus.
They believe the Tramways Union encouraged workers to vote against a deal the unions had agreed to support.
Akarana Drivers Association spokesman Stu Harper says it's purely a matter between the unions.
He says some of it relates to the offer which was put to their members, but there also appears to be different interpretations of how good faith should work.
