NZ Bus will refund customers who hold weekly or monthly bus passes following this month's dispute.
The busses returned to Auckland's roads on Thursday, after the company and its 900 locked out drivers agreed to suspend their industrial actions.
This came after five months of pay disputes between the company and the coalition of four unions that make up the Auckland Combined Unions.
Both parties have resumed facilitation led by the Employment Relations Authority.
NZ Bus spokesman Zane Fulljames says Go Rider pass holders will be reimbursed for the seven days their busses were off the road for.
The week-long standoff affected over 80,000 Auckland commuters
