Kiwi driver Earl Bamber has posted the 10th fastest time in practice for this weekend's round of the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport in South Africa.

Bamber was quickest in the rookie session but struggled in the main session with Lebanon clocking the fastest time ahead of Germany and Ireland.

The Black Beauty driver says he is not too concerned with the placing as it is still early days and they have a lot of potential to be a little bit quicker.

Qualifying is on Sunday.
