Gai Lan
MasterChef New Zealand - Gai Lan with Oyster sauce

1 bunch gai lan
1/3 cup oyster sauce
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 Cut gai lan in half, trim to equal lengths.
2 Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, reduce to a simmer, place
a bamboo steamer over the saucepan, place the gai lan in the
steamer and place the lid on. Steam for 3 minutes or until
cooked.
3 Combine the oyster sauce, lime juice and fish sauce in a small
bowl.
4 Arrange on a serving plate and drizzle with the sauce to
serve.
