Everyone dreams of their perfect job but getting any job at all can seem impossible for some.
Star chef Michel Roux Jnr has spent years working with organisations helping young people into work, and believes that talent can come from the most unusual places.
His latest 8 trainees, however, present a unique set of challenges they all have disabilities ranging from Tourette's to blindness, Downs Syndrome and autism, and have struggled to find work.
With only half of all people with a disability in the UK having any kind of job, Michel is determined to give these novice chefs and waiters the basic skills, experience and confidence that they will require if they are to get a job in one of the toughest professions around.
Embarking on an intensive catering course, they'll be thrown in at the deep end over 4 weeks, as they live together, train together and work together.
