Chocmellow Weetbix Slice

Ingredients
" 180g butter
" 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
" 1 cup dessicated coconut
" 3 weetbix, crushed
" 1 cup flour
" 1 teaspoon baking powder
" 1/2 cup sugar
" 1/4 cup cocoa
" 1/2 cup mini mellows
" 1/2 cup choccie chips

Method

Preheat oven to 180 C.  Melt butter and add vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl, pour in butter and mix well.

Press mixture into a lined slice pan and bake at 180 C for 15-20 minutes until firm.

Allow to cool then cut into squares.
