"Iconic China" terms and conditions
- The winner has won an Intrepid trip for 2 passengers to China
on trip Iconic China (CBSAC)
- Included within the prize are return international
flights from either Auckland or Christchurch to China, which are to
be 2 economy seats with Singapore Airlines
- Any domestic flights are not included and are to be paid for by
passenger
- Promo code 5765 to be used at time of booking
- Trip must be booked and confirmed at least 60 days prior to
departure.
- The prize must be booked with Intrepid Travel and travel
completed before 01/12/11. No extension is available.
- Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable
or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The trip is subject to availability and confirmation by
Intrepid Travel.
- This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other
discounts or special offers.
- Travel Insurance is required to be held by all Intrepid
travellers & is not included in the prize.
- Any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any

Singapore Airlines flight - terms and conditions
- Travel will only be available on Singapore Airlines' operated
services.
- The issuance of tickets is subject to seat availability.
- Excess baggage waiver will not be granted.
- Economy Class tickets are not upgradeable to Business Class
unless the winner wishes to do so at their expense.
- The tickets will only be issued if all sectors are
confirmed.
- The prize-winner (or Intrepid) will undertake to pay for any
transportation costs to Auckland or Christchurch.
- Once the tickets are issued, requests for changes of
passengers' names and travelling sectors made two working days or
less before the date of travel will be subjected to SIA's approval
and upon approval, a charge of NZD75.00 per change will be
levied.
- No portion of travel not utilised may be carried forward beyond the validity dates contained on the ticket without the specific, written approval of SIA. Notwithstanding any validity date on the ticket, all travel on tickets issued must be utilised in full by 01 December 2011.
Travellers are expected to observe the following conditions as part of the utilisation of travel:
1. Be neatly and appropriately attired when travelling; Not carry, on their person, in their luggage or carry-on baggage, any contraband or goods which are prohibited by the laws of Singapore or the country of their final destination, or goods which are unsuitable for carriage on a commercial aircraft;
2. Observe all directions of SIA's ground staff and air crew at all times; Comply with the requirements of immigration and customs authorities in each country; Comply with the laws of the jurisdiction they are visiting
3. Frequent Flyer mileage cannot be accrued on any of the free or concession travel undertaken in accordance with clause 3.1 of this agreement.
4 Charges for excess baggage shall apply where a passenger seeks to carry more than their entitlement of luggage. In such cases, SIA is not liable for the charges.
5 Tickets will be valid for the period specified on the ticket. Unused travel at the expiry of the validity period cannot be refunded or re-utilised. Once a journey commences (ie the point at which the first flight coupon is redeemed for travel), the utilisation of the commitment for free tickets is deemed to have been made against the provision stated above.
6 Travel is not convertible to cash and does not include any departure, airport and Government taxes and charges, which remain the responsibility of Intrepid (or prize-winner).
7 SIA reserves its right to impose particular flight embargoes during periods of heavy demand as is required commercially from time to time.
8 At all times, it will be the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that his/her passport is in order and that he/she has the necessary visa clearances to enter the country of destination.
9 Tickets are not transferable and must be issued only in
the correct name of the person travelling.
