You never think it will happen to you or anyone close to you, but at some stage death affects each and every one of us.

Dealing with death can be an emotional rollercoaster and everyone deals with grief in their own way.

Our brave inbetweener Janis shares her story of dealing with losing her brother in a tragic river accident one year on from his death on this episodes very special diary cam. 

And death can be a really scary thought for all of us and sometimes it helps to know more about what happens to us when we die.

On the couch

TV and Radio star Stacey Morrison joins us. Her experience of death was when her Mum passed away just a few years ago.
