Ingredients

2 cups selfraising flour
1 cup water

Mix together 2 cups of self raising flour and 1 cup of water.

If mixture is too dry add a little more water, if the mixture is too wet add a little more flour. Knead on lightly floured surface to make a dough. Break off into small balls flatten out. Fry in oil till golden colour on both sides. Serve with savoury or sweet fillings or on their own. Can be eaten hot or cold.
