Venison Pies

Venison Pies (Makes 30-40 Pies)
Ingredients:
4kg Diced Venison
Small Pottle Tomato Paste
2 x 330ml bottles Speights beer
Half a Cup Tomato Sauce
4 Chopped Onions
2T Bistos (Rich Gravy Browning)
Salt and Pepper
Pastry
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a large casserole dish. Cook in a
slow oven for 2 hours.
Take out and thicken with flour and speights, enough to make a
paste. Stir regularly. Put mixture in with pastry and cover with
pastry.
Cook pies in a 180 degree oven for about half an hour or
until brown.
