Ingredients

150gms Roasted Red Capsicums ( Skinned & Deseeded )
30gms Fresh Red Chilies
25gms Garlic Cloves
30gms Coriander (  Leaves Stalks and Roots )
20gms Mint Leaves
20gms Parsley Leaves
1 Tbl Tomato Paste
4 Tbl Brown Sugar
50 mls Lemon Juice
25 mls Lime Juice
100 mls Olive Oil
1 � Tbl Cumin Seeds ( Toasted and Ground )
1 � Tbl Corriander Seeds ( Toasted and Ground )
1 Tbl Sweet Smoked Paprika
Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to taste

Method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to form a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until required.

* Use on all sorts of  bbq'd and roasted meats and lamb, beef, chicken etc
