Barbequed Blue Cod
Ingredients
Blue Cod Fillets
Flour
Method
Dip the Blue Cod fillets in the flour, then pat any excess off. Add some oil to the barbeque and a knob of butter. Batch cook the blue cod fillets until golden on the outside and just cooked on the inner.
Gremolata
Ingredients
Zest of two Lemons ( minced fine )
1 Tbl Garlic ( minced fine )
1/4 Cup Italian Parsley ( fine chopped )
Olive Oil
Method
Mix the finely minced and chopped ingredients together until
incorporated.
Refrigerate until required. Add olive oil when ready to serve. Best
made daily.
