Liquidiser/hand blender
2 sieves (or 1 but you'll have to wash up between courses)
1 heatproof jug
Colander

Mixing and fixing


1 x spatula
2 x wooden spoons
Kitchen tongs
3 x mixing bowls
2 whisks

Chopping and grating

Sharp knives - one large, one small
Extra spoons, forks and knives
Extra plates
1 x chopping board
1 x grater

Cooking


Large saucepan and lid
2 medium sized saucepans with lids
1 large sauté pan
1 large frying pan
Pot of hot water for quenelles
