1/3 cup (60g) cooked brown rice
100g 99.8% fat-free yoghurt (Sweet Greek or Vanilla.)
50g blueberries 30g raw natural almonds, chopped
In a bowl, mix together the brown rice and yoghurt.
Add the blueberries and almonds and stir.
Spoon into a parfait glass or bowl and garnish with blueberries and chopped almonds to serve.
