Former sports anchor Kelly Swanson Roe and her media psychologist husband John Aiken followed the tide of Kiwis moving to Australia, and settled down in Sydney. We thought it was high time we caught up with the popular pair, so they're joining us live from our West Island!

Morris: A Life With Bells On is a documentary-style comedy following the fortunes of a group of Morris dancers, set in beautiful South-West England. Chaz Oldham, who wrote, produced, and starred in the film has just flown in from England, and we speak to him about the finished product. We've also got the Britannic Bedlam Morris Gentlemen in to give us a taster of the sport!

The folks behind the NZ International Comedy Festival are back with a brand new Christmas Comedy Showcase that experts say will be the Christmas comedy event of the year. Here to tell us all about it, and to give us a taste of her new show is comedian Michele A'Court.

It's that time of year again, and soon many of us will be heading off on our holidays. But what to do with Rover and Fluffy? Vet Viv Harris is here to explain the special consideration your pet needs at this time of year.

If you haven't got your Christmas tree up yet, you might like to do things a little differently this year and steer away from a classic pine. Here to show us how to get creative with our tree is Carolyn Press-McKenzie .

Astar is in the kitchen and she's showing us recipes for some rather yummy treats! She's making a chocolate fruit terrine, dried fruit chutney, and a spicy nut mix.

Roy G and the Bivinators are a four-piece band from Wellington that formed early last year. They describe themselves as a mix of folk, soul, funk, ska, roots, rock, and reggae - but we'll let you decide what it sounds like! They're in to perform for us, and to chat about their music.

Here's some good news - no longer should you feel bad about sending the littlies to daycare! A visiting American specialist says it can be a very positive experience for them. Here to discuss this with Polly Elam is our Parent Panel - Nadine Millar, Roseanne Leota and Darryl Gardiner.

It's only a few more weeks until we all hit the beach, so if you want to be in a bikini by then - jump off the couch now! Fitness instructor Sara Scott is here to help us dance our way into shape.

And Anthony Gallagher of Dunbar Sloane is in to take a look at some antiques of the affordable variety!
