Turkey meat loaf


With Astar

Ingredients: 

Olive oil - spray
1 kg ground turkey meat
1 cup fresh whole grain bread crumbs
1 onion finely chopped
1tsp oregano
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
ý cup ketchup
2 beaten eggs

Method:

Pre-set oven to 190C.

Spray a 20cm x 10cm loaf pan with non-stick spray.

Into a large bowl, hand mix beef, breadcrumbs, onions oregano, horseradish, mustard, ketchup and eggs until well combined.

Shape into a loaf and place in pan.  Bake for 1 hour.

Brush more ketchup over top of loaf and bake for another 15 minutes or until a baking skewer comes out clean.

Serve with a nice green salad

+ lovely with salad in a sandwich when cold
