INGREDIENTS:
400g Spaghetti
400g Tomatoes
100g Bacon
60g Pecorino/Parmesan Cheese
Dry white wine
Salt and pepper
Chilli (optional)

PREPARATION:
Dice bacon and cook over a low heat in a pan.
When fat becomes transparent, add half a glass of dry white wine and let it evaporate. 
Add chopped tomatoes and chilli and cook for 5 minutes.
Boil pasta in salted water, then mix with the sauce along with the pecorino or parmesan cheese. Mix well and serve.
