Titos' Cotoletta Alla Milanese, classic from Milan.
50 gr Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper .
Warm the oil in a pan.
Mix together egg, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and parsley.
Butterfly the chicken by slicing breast through the middle.
Place into the wet mixture and then cover with bread crumbs.
Fry on the oil.
