Tamarillo and Honey Tart

Ingredients
5-6 tamarillos
400g sweet short pastry sheets, pre rolled
2 Tbsp runny honey, warmed
Half cup mascarpone

Method
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place tamarillos in water and bring up to heat until the skin splits. Remove from heat, and place in ice water.
Grease and line a round tart tin (approx. 22cm) with a removable base with pastry.
Remove skins from tamarillos and slice into 1cm slices.
Mix mascarpone and honey together and spread over the base of the pastry.
Place rounds of tamarillos across the whole tart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until pastry is golden.

Serve with natural yoghurt.
