The super delicious South East Asian Stir Fry

Ingredients (4 people)

- 2 tbs canola oil
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped carrot
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbl spoon garlic
- 1 thumb ginger chopped finely
- 2 cups broccoli
- 150 grams diced lamb
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbl Oyster sauce
- Thai Green Top Seasoning sauce to taste. (Or Soy)
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tbl Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup coriander root and leaves. Done separately.

Method

1. Place Lamb, 1/4 of sesame oil and 1/4 oyster sauce together and leave to marinade in fridge for at least 30 mins.
2. Heat oil till hot.
3. Cook ginger, coriander root and garlic for 30 sec
4. Cook carrots for 30 secs
5. Cook celery for 30 secs
6. Put lamb in and cook for 1 min. Whilst this is cooking add sesame oil, oyster sauce and seasoning sauce or soy.
7. Put Broccoli in and cook for 30 sec
8. Put in lime juice and sugar to taste.
9. Put in stock and cook for 1 min
10. Turn off heat and garnish with chopped coriander.
11. Serve with rice.
