Ingredients
1 Oz Drambuie
Ice - Crushed
1 Oz Orange Juice
1 Twist Orange Peel
1 Sugar - Cube
1 Oz Whisky - Scotch
Instructions
In a medium sized tumbler: Impregnate a sugar cube with
Whisky, flame the sugar until caramelised stir in Fresh pressed
orange juice, Drambuie and Scotch Whisky.
Top with cracked ice, flame orange zest as garnish.
