Simon Holst (Chef)
Having grown up in a foodie household, Simon Holst has inherited a passion for food and cooking! He has co-authored 27 cookbooks with his mother Alison, and six solo books, with combined sales of over 1.5 million copies.
In addition to books, he contributes to various New Zealand newspapers and magazines, the general focus of his work being practical, hassle-free and delicious family food.
When he's not working Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and children, either pottering around the house and garden, or better still, holidaying at the beach!
