Sean's Flat Bread

Serves four

Ingredients
250g Self raising flour
2 Tbsp natural yoghurt
90ml Luke warm water
20ml Olive oil
Salt

Method
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until it just comes together.
On a lightly floured bench place the dough then cover with the bowl and rest for 20 minutes.
Cut the dough into the desired sizes pieces and roll out until flat about 1/2 centimetres in thickness.
Allow to rest again under a damp cloth of 10 minutes.
Heat a large char- grill pan or BBQ till hot then cook each piece of flat bread for 2 minutes each side to a light golden colour.
Serve with by filling with your desired ingredients
