Roasted Eggplant and Corn Dip

Serves 2-4 people
Preparation time - 10-15 min

Ingredients
2 ea diced eggplant
1 cup corn kernels
2 clove garlic
1 chopped red onion
2 chopped tomato
1 green chilli
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper 
1/4 cup chop coriander
2 tbsp yoghurt

Method 
Roast eggplant, onion, tomato, corn and garlic.
Mix them.
Add cumin powder, chop green chilli and salt and pepper
Add coriander and yoghurt
