Roasted Coconut and Ginger Chicken Legs

Serves 4-6 people
Preparation time 20-25 min

Ingredients
4-6 chicken legs
2-3 dry red chilli
1 can coconut milk 
1/4 cup dry coconut (optional)
2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp garlic
2 sliced white onion
2 lemon grass
2 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp turmeric

Method
Take oil in pan and brown the onion.
Blend onion, red chilli, ginger and garlic and lemon grass together.
Dry roast all the spices 
Marinate the chicken with this mix and dry spices 
Add coconut milk and bake in oven at 180, till chicken is cooked.
