Rhubarb and Chocolate Fool

Rhubarb and Chocolate Fool
Serves 4

Ingredients
6 Sticks Rhubarb
1 Chocolate loaf
2 Tbsp sugar
2 orange juiced
Golden syrup
300ml Cream
1/4 tsp Vanilla paste
Method
Wash and cut the Rhubarb into cubes and place in a pot
with the sugar and orange juice, cover with a lid and simmer for 15
minutes.
Whisk the cream until the cream is soft whipped with the Vanilla
paste.
To Serve
Spoon a small amount of Rhubarb into the bottom of a glass
or bowl then add a slice of chocolate loaf then a spoon of cream a
drizzle of golden syrup then repeat the same process with the
remaining rhubarb and cream and then finish with a drizzle of
golden syrup.
