Pickled Liquid for Sardines
Ingredients
100ml vinegar
400ml water
Pinch of salt
Method
Place sardines in liquid. Leave overnight.
Herb and Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
Parsley
Dill
Chervil
1 tea spoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
200 ml cream fraiche
100 ml mayonnaise
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer.
Mix until you have got a nice green sauce.
