Peruvian Fish Ceviche
Ingredients
Fish 1 Filet of Terakihi
Red onion
Coriander and Celery
Potato
Kumura
Lemon
Salt and pepper
Garnish
Lettuces
Red Capsicum
Fresh Tomato
Spring Onion
Fresh Lemon
Fresh Corn
Method
Cut the fish into small pieces: You can dice it or leave
it in pieces up to 1 inch square, but remember that the larger the
pieces the longer it will take to marinate.
Salt and pepper the fish, then cover with the fresh Lemon
juice.
Add the sliced onions, celery, coriander and mix all together with
the fish.
The Ceviche will served with fresh corn and selection of the
Garnish on topped with king prawns.
