Peanut butter and choc chip cookies

Cost: $4.50

Ingredients:

125 g butter
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup plain flour
3/4 cup self-raising flour

Method:

Melt the butter and peanut butter together. Stir in all the remaining ingredients.

Place heaped spoonfuls onto a lined tray. Leave space between for spreading.

Bake at 180C for about 18 mins. Allow to cool slightly before removing to a cooling tray to finish cooling completely.
