Old Croissant Pudding with a Peanut Butter and Golden Syrup Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients
4 Croissants
150g Brown sugar
250ml Cream
250ml milk
4 Whole eggs
6 Tbsp Golden Syrup

Method
Roughly chop the Croissants and place in the appropriate sized oven proof dish, In  large bowl mix the cream milk and the whole eggs, with the golden syrup and pour over the Croissants, place in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees and cook for 45 minutes till firmish.

Peanut Butter Sauce
Ingredients
6 Tbsp crunchy Peanut Butter
200ml cream
3 Tbsp Golden Syrup
100g Chocolate

Method
Bring cream to the boil then whisk in all remaining ingredients until dissolved and ready to serve.

To Serve
In bowl place a large spoonful of pudding and then drizzle with the peanut butter sauce and finish with a drizzle of Golden syrup.
