Nadia Lim (Chef)
NadiaLim is all about tasty, sexy food - that just so happens to be good for you, too.
She started cooking at the age of 13 when she decided that one day she would host a cooking show and write a cookbook called 'Food in the nude' - good, tasty food without the fancy packaging and additives. Although tempted to train as a chef, she instead opted to study five years of nutrition and dietetics at Otago University qualifying as a registered dietitian.
In 2011, she cooked her way to the top - winning MasterChef NZ. Nadia believes that the key to eating well is enjoying your food - "we should enjoy everything and anything in moderation, including moderation!"
