Nachos


Nachos by Jacob Kendrew

Ingredients:

1 onion
1 red pepper
1 kg of mince
1 can of chilli beans
A pottle of sour cream
2 bags of corn chips
2 cans of pasta sauce

Method:

Dice onion and red pepper.

In a pot, fry onion and mince until golden brown.  Add the beans, pepper, tomato paste and pasta sauce - keep cooking until heated right through.

On a bed of nacho chips, put your mince mixture - serve with a fresh salad, sour cream and grated cheese (optional).
