Mozzarella and Salami Puffs

Mozzarella and Salami Puffs

Ingredients
3/4 Cup plain flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of full cream milk
6 slices of salami
1/2 cup mozzarella cut in to small squares
1/2 cup chilled water
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200C.
In a dish, mix eggs, salt, and milk with a whisk, add flour.
Mix well and allow to sit for 20 minutes.
Mix mozzarella and salami, stir in chilled water.
Spray mini muffin tins with spray oil.
Fill half-way with mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
