Today Good Morning is celebrating the start of Te Wiki o te Reo Maori - Maori Language Week! Tune in for some great celebrations of Maori language and culture right throughout the week!

He's given up the shamrocks for pohutukawa, the potatoes for kumara and the pots of gold for golden Gisborne beaches! Yes, an injury has meant the return of Rua Tipoki to New Zealand after two years playing rugby for Ireland. He joins us in the studio for a chat.

At a recent fashion design awards ceremony, eight talented Maori designers won the chance to showcase their designs at Air New Zealand fashion week in September.
